Return & Cancellation Policies

Memberships

Membership fees paid are non refundable, however they can be re-assigned to another person from the same corporate entity during the membership year at no cost. Please notify us by email if you wish any changes.

Conference Fees

Refundable as follows:

• up to 40 days prior to conference commencement: 100% refund, less $50 administration fee
• within 39 and 20 days prior to conference commencement: 50% refund, less $50 administration fee
• within 20 days prior to conference commencement: No refund available
  

Please note:  In the event that you are unable to attend, conference registrations can be assigned to another representative of the same corporate entity for a $50 administration fee up to the conference commencement date.
