Job Description / Duties

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day activities and escalations for our top accounts
- Growing existing partnerships
- Documenting and maintaining annual business plans
- Leading the implementation of new programs and changes to existing programs
- Assisting with creating responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs)
- Creating detailed report packages with supporting analytical commentary

Qualifications / Required Skills

- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree Or related diploma
- 5 Or More Years Of Industry Related Experience
- 5 or More Years of sales or relationship/account management experience
- Successful track record in building and maintain key business relationships
- Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Strong Analytical and presentation skills (Written and Verbal)
- Proven ability to communicate successfully with various management levels
- Project management experience
- Strong analytical skills

Asset:
- Excellent French oral & written commutation skills is an asset
- Prior experience in travel insurance industry is an asset
